Description
Rung Divisions combines a universal shift register, a “divide by n” pulse divider, analogue noise, and several logic and binary operations. These functions synthesise an array of predictable and unpredictable digital signals at arbitrary time scale.
Rung Divisions’ primary use is as a complex polyrhythmic gate generator that drives a chaotic / pseudo random / looping stepped cv pattern generator, with voltage control over the pattern “direction”, length, and chance of the pattern looping. The combination of these features can be used to generate auditory illusions similar to a stroboscopic effect – like the visual aliasing of a wheel that appears to stand still and reverse direction at speed. Rung Divisions is built with solid state & discrete logic blocks to work at frequencies between 0–40kHz. The module is designed to drive multiple voices with gate patterns and CV, or to generate audio rate mayhem - these functions can be combined through patching with other modules that can take input signals over a wide frequency range.
Rung Divisions behaves in many surprising ways with feedback and self patching - the module has propagation delay compensation to allow for all outputs to be used in feedback loops.

We offer free shipping on most items over $99 to destinations within the continental US. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations will require shipping and handling charges. We ship to most countries in the world via FedEx or USPS; most international orders are delivered within 5 business days of shipment, barring unforeseen delays caused by customs or weather conditions.
We insure each package for its full value and require signature for most orders. International customers, take note that you are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by your local government or customs officials. These fees are not included in our shipping/handling charges.
We are pleased to offer an extended warranty service, which in most cases covers you gear for one year beyond the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. This free warranty means that you can always come to us in the event of a problem, even within the window of the manufacturer's warranty. Note that some specific items may not qualify for this service.

We offer risk-free returns for most new items in our catalog. Most items purchased from Perfect Circuit have a 30-day return policy starting from the date of shipment. If a return is initiated within 15 days of the original shipment date, no restocking fees will be charged.
Note, however, that outgoing shipping costs will be charged for change-of-mind returns and faulty/warranty claim returns which we are unable to verify.
Some specific types of items are not eligible for returns—including (but not limited to) apparel, microphones, headphones, consumable goods, and media. Additionally, our return policy does not cover items damaged outside the course of normal use, nor does it cover items modified by customers or damaged due to use of improper power supply voltages. Returns of new items made beyond the 15-day risk-free returns cutoff—as well as returns of Demo, B-Stock, or Used items—are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an item is returned within the 15-day window but is damaged, missing its box or accessories, or is otherwise unfit for resale, a restocking fee will be charged.
