Shipping

The majority of our parts are off and ready to ship the same day. We also offer free shipping on most of our items.

For small items, we ship they will ship with UPS with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.

For large items shipped via Freight Truck.

Please note that those large items (such as transmissions, engines, rear axles, etc.) require a business/commercial address for shipping with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. If you do not have a business/commercial address, we can ship it to a freight terminal near you. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address.

Returns

Our parts are covered by our 60 Days Money Back Guarantee. If you have a problem with the part, changed your mind or the part does not fit, simply let us know. You have 60 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund. Please use the eBay return center for all returns. If you need help with returning an item, simply send us a message. About Us

B Auto Parts was established in 1953 as a small scrap and tow yard in Illinois, across from downtown St. Louis. The business has since evolved to a true salvage yard that caters to local repair and body shops. One important addition was that of local delivery service in 1979. Over time, however, the service has grown to a fleet of trucks that deliver late model parts within a 75-mile radius in Illinois and Missouri. In 2006, the company opened its wheel reconditioning and refinishing shop. Currently, the shop refinishes approximately 200 wheels weekly for local shops and retail customers. In an attempt to serve its customers in all areas of automotive repair, B Auto Parts opened a separate company under the name B Auto Parts Aftermarket to sell aftermarket parts in 2009. As a whole, the company has come a long way from its humble beginnings. However, this third-generation recycling facility is devoted to bringing quality parts to its customers, focusing on their satisfaction. We are very thankful for our past, but look forward to new successes in the future!
