Not everyone who knapps is an artist and not all knapping is high quality. Be an educated buyer and don't be sold on abundant rhetoric. Observe the quality of the flaking and sharp edges of my blades. Notice how the handle and blade fit together along with the fine minute details. My work has been collected worldwide for nearly 3 decades with many return buyers.

This stunning knife is a cholla cactus handle that is capped on the end with beautiful buffalo horn and has an extremely sharp blade made from rare and unique goldstone that has perfect, genuine parallel flaking and super fine thin edgework. It will even cut tanned hog leather!! This is what you are looking for in a quality piece...others want to tell you how good they are by their extreme pricing...DONT BE FOOLED!!!!! 8 1/4 inches long. Signature scribed onto the blade with diamond scribe.

My name is Kenny Hull and I'm an artist...I cant help but create art carving antler, whittling wood, drawing wildlife and other forms of art. Creating beautiful stone knives is another way I do that; bringing our past survival tools together with contemporary art ideals into a culmination of past meets present beauty, nostalgia and imagination. I've been knapping for over 27 years creating 10s of thousands of obsidian blades and knives in that span. I have made prop knives for movies such as Riddick 3 and Beyond the Wall of Sleep. My knives have been collected world wide since 1997 beginning in the Fiji Islands.
Its my pleasure to bring to you a piece of finest quality in stone blade knives. The obsidian blade has a sharp edge that has been tested to cut hog leather and, yes, it does cut leather. It also has very even parallel flaking the full length of the blade. Most of the stone knives available today do not have the sharp edges I attain and insist upon. The handle is made from a shed deer antler sun-bleached and solid with a polished rosette. The haft is wrapped tight with sinew and makes a smoothe transition from blade to handle bring to two together with line and flow.

Obsidian knives are sharp and should always be handled with caution and care and never used to cut food.
