This used original Gray cup holder was removed from a 2002 Ford Excursion.  It will fit F250, F350, and Excursion models from '99-04.

The cupholder is in very good shape.  Everything works as it supposed to, and all springs and mechanisms do their job.  There remains some staining in the center area that is supposed to have a rubber liner.  Install your liner and the stains go away.
