Returns are accepted if item is not as described or faulty.  However, if the reason for return was buyers mistake or description was not read a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We unfortunately do not offer refunds on missing or damaged items in the post.  If you would like to pay for insurance, we can add it to your order for an additional fee.
