The GXP2135 is an enterprise-grade IP phone that supports Gigabit speeds and up to 32 virtual BLF/speed-dial keys, making it ideal for busy workers.   1. Shipping Policy:

    Please note: We generally do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel locker. Please contact us for special arrangement before you place an order for these addresses. All items will be shipped to buyer's address. If you are in a Suburb/Town, please put the Suburb/Town name on the City line directly. Please double-check your shipping address when you make the payment. Buyer is responsible for any extra postage cost caused by incorrect shipping address. All items will be shipped within 24-72 business hours upon receipt of payment. In most cases, delivery takes around 1-7 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery date is calculated by carrier's system, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

  2. Address Changes:

    In case of incorrect name or shipping details resulting in an item being returned to us, a RTS (Return to Sender) fee may apply if we are unable to modify the details before dispatch. Additionally, a reshipping fee will be charged, contingent on the item's weight. Please note that errors in the provided information are the responsibility of the buyer. The anticipated fee for RTS is approximately $10.50, along with standard postage for re-shipment, irrespective of the item's value.

DOA Warranty Claims Policy

DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:

  2. The item should be carefully repackaged in its original packaging, inclusive of all provided accessories and documentation.

Standard Warranty Claims Policy

Items found to be faulty outside the 14-day DOA period will be handled according to standard warranty terms. Generally, processing time ranges from 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the faulty unit.
