Unfortunately, returns won't be accepted for items in damaged, unsaleable condition, or those lacking original packaging. Additionally, all items we offer are accompanied by a unique serial number, which must match the item being returned.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:
- Notification of the issue must be made within 14 days of the order date.
- The item should be carefully repackaged in its original packaging, inclusive of all provided accessories and documentation.

Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside the 14-day DOA period will be handled according to standard warranty terms. Generally, processing time ranges from 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the faulty unit. The warranty claim may lead to a repair, provision of a new or refurbished replacement, or a refund, contingent upon manufacturer approval.
