1. Detangle the hair before washing it with a wide tooth comb. Gently start combing the hair from the ends upward towards to the roots to prevent shedding. 2. Before brushing or combing your hair spray it with 50% leave in conditioner and 50% warm water. 3. Wash the hair in one direction and deep condition once or twice a week if needed. Deep conditioning helps prevent frizziness and shedding. 4. Let your hair air dry and avoid using extreme heat from a blow dryer. If you must use a blow dryer, using a cool setting is highly recommended. Also use a heat protectant product prior to using a blow dryer-even when using a cool setting.
