- Part orders of wallpaper. (For example - due to overestimating how much was required)
- In a used or unsaleable condition.
If you wish to return your order we must receive notification within 14 calendar days from receipt of your goods, and goods must be received back within 14 calendar days from notifying us.
If you wish to return/exchange your products you must ensure that they have not been used, as goods returned must come back to us in a fully resalable condition which includes the product labels, this does not affect your statutory rights for faulty products.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items where they do not arrive back in satisfactory condition.
Please note the buyer is responsible for returning products and this must be done at the buyers cost.
UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail 2nd Class or by signed courier service, depending on order size and address location. International orders will be sent either Royal Mail Airmail or by signed courier service.
UK customers, standard delivery service orders will take between 2 and 5 days to arrive.
Expedited Shipping is also available for UK addresses, and is a next working day courier service (Mon - Fri).
For customers based in Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), we ship orders by Royal Mail Airmail or signed courier and goods should be received within 2 to 10 working days, depending on your address location.
For customers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide addresses, orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail or signed courier and goods should be received within 7 to 14 working days of your order, depending on your address location.

We advise that you do not book decorators until your wallpaper has been delivered and you have checked the items; we are not responsible for any cancelled decorator fees.
If you are planning on hanging the wallpaper yourself, please ensure you have read the hanging instructions on the back of the label. These instructions will include important information specific to the product, for instance, the time to allow the paste to soak before hanging.
