We will replace this merchandise or refund the purchase price if merchandise is defective and if it is returned to us within 60 days of delivery date in the same condition as when purchased. Seller does not assume responsibility for damages or loss caused from installation, use, or removal of this merchandise, part, or unit purchased. Costs of installation/removal are not covered by this warranty. All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by receipt.
When buying exterior parts such as doors, bumpers, ect, you should expect scuffs, scratches, and rock chips from normal use. We do not guarantee the paint to be a match. It should be assumed that the item will need to be repainted to be a direct match to your truck or SUV.
We circle most of the damage with a body shop crayon. Any circles will mean there is some sort of damage in that area.(Please see pictures for details). If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
Most parts come with a 90 Day Warranty:
Parts are marked at time of sale, and original marking must be on part at time of warranty claim. If buyer purchased an extended warranty, terms of the extended warranty will apply.

To return an item you must contact us within the 60 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and a return shipping call-tag.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is determined to have been defective at time of sale and a functionally equivalent replacement part is not available. Return Shipping will only be covered if the above conditions are met and customer is issued a call tag by the our Return Department (using our preferred carrier).
