She carries a basket of pink flowers.

The clothing is a beautiful small crochet pattern, the top skirt is lighter in color and has hearts as it's main pattern.  The rest of her clothing is a darker ecru lace, also very delicate.  

She has a pink ribbon around her neck and the top of her top skirt with a bow at the back.

The rim of the hat is also lace coLvered and the crown is done in a very tiny lace with pink ribbon.

Lots of work put into this little girl.

She has a tag that has Country Lace on the front and the back has been partially torn off, but I think it is Pigeon Forge. 

 If it had rhinestones I would think it could be Dolly!
