This bell was seen by a Scottsdale antique dealer who believes it is Chinese and the handle dolphins.   The bell itself is very ornate...a wonderful casting!   I read that many bells were meant to hang from one side of handle and not straight.  I have seen some claiming to be dragons and they look quite like seahorses.  I also have seen others that claim to be Roman or Buddhist.  I am alway interested in learning more about my listings and wellcome any assistance from knowledgeable viewers. It is amazing and was acquired from a private collection.  It is heavy and has a fine sound.  It also looks like it has been underwater or exposed to weather.

Approximate measurements. 7" tall & 4.5" diameter at base of bell, The handle and hammer are attached by a threaded connection.  This bell weighs approx. 1 lb 14 oz
