Cast Iron socket neck is adjustable side to side and has a porcelain socket. NEEDS REWIRING. Cord is stiff and brittle and chipping off wires. I didn't even bother testing as it without a doubt needs new wiring to be safe. Cement Gray paint has some marks, dings and dirt spots and can be repainted if desired.
