Scandinavian Smorgasbord Cookbook 1972 Bethesda Lutheran Church Sand Lake, Dresser Wisconsin

A very fun vintage find from Sand Lake - Dresser, Wisconsin from 1972. The term Smorgasbord, which comes from the Swedish tradition and means Bread & Butter Table. There are no rules restricting the hostess to the variety or number of dishes which can be served, however this book recommends meatballs, pickle herring, kropp kaka, potato sausage and special cheese!

Condition: Good vintage preowned and well loved cookbook. Lots of wear to front and back covers, inside pages in nice shape with yellowing due to age. The outside back cover is detached (see pictures) but everything else is intact. A few recipes have written notations. The recipes are sure to be good with this kind of love on the book from use. See all pictures!

Previous owner name written inside with a small dedication, please see pictures!
