Order Damage and Shortage Claim Policy
Upon delivery of the shipment, you should inspect the package for any damage, as well as the contents inside to confirm if the product has any damage or shortage.
Any damage or shortages must be promptly documented on the delivery receipt (POD) or the bill of lading (BOL) with the carrier company. Please remember to obtain a claim number from the delivery driver.
When to Report to Us:
Visible shortages or damage must be reported to us on the same day of delivery.
Concealed shortages or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Failure to file a claim within the specified time frame may be interpreted as acceptance of the goods and waiver of any errors.
What We Need When Claiming Damage or Shortage:
Obtaining a claim number from the delivery driver would be helpful.
Additionally, we require evidence of damage, including but not limited to pictures, videos, etc., to help us process the claim and facilitate a more effective or efficient solution.
