Three unaddressed covers with cachets, each with one value of the set issued May 6, 1981 to commemorate Heinrich von Stephan (1831-1897), the founder of UPU.  The $2.10 and $10 covers have a small needle mark front and back (did not go through the covers).  Back flaps are open.
