HEIRLOOM STERLING 2 Piece Gourmet Set w/ New First Frost Cream Ladle & Bowl

This eBay listing is for a vintage Heirloom Sterling by Oneida Silversmiths 2 Piece Gourmet Set with New First Frost Sterling Silver Cream Ladle. The set comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. The ladle is marked Heirloom Sterling. Bowl is marked Oneida Silversmiths and measures just under 5" across. I looked for a sterling mark on the bowl and nothing was found. I'm unsure if the inside is blue enamel or not as well. The outer shell of the bowl does look to be sterling or sterling silver plated. Total weight of the set is 6 oz.
