PLEASE READ: Phone is being listed for parts/not working only because it is unresponsive when I press buttons and when I plug it in to charge; even with a new charger it doesn't connect to iTunes or my computer.  I am unsure if it can be restored or repaired in its current condition. Minimum 16GB storage capacity is also assumed because I got the phone secondhand and can't get it turned on to confirm the correct number.
