This Express size small short mini skirt is circa early 2000’s. A very Y2K geometric pattern, pull on, elastic waist. It is in excellent condition for its age but does have 2 or so small brown marks that almost look a part of the pattern and can be seen in the photos with the quarter. We do not feel it is obvious when worn and doesn’t take away from this adorable skirts wearability. Stretch fabric and machine washable for comfort and easy care.
