OVERVIEW

The Wharfedale EVO4 Stands are purpose-designed for the Wharfedale EVO4 series of standmount (or bookshelf) loudspeakers.

Standing at the height of 616mm, the Wharfedale EVO4 Stands metalwork is laser cut from high-grade stainless steel. This precision design means the stand is sold in stature and the stability is optimised. This considered engineering reduces vibrations and resonance of the speaker’s cabinet by effectively isolating the speaker from the floor and surroundings. The ensured result is a massively improved loudspeaker performance.

Not just the perfect match for the EVO4 series, the EVO4 stands are ideal for any smaller footprint speaker thanks to the general design which complements any speaker, in any room, aesthetically and acoustically.

    Unfortunately we cannot offer a pickup service as our warehouse premises are not open to the public.

    We use Direct Freight Express for all our shipping. Transit times are generally 1-2 days to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. 2-3 days to Adelaide. 3-5 days to Perth, Darwin and Tasmania. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us if you have any questions.

    Please note: Your order will not be delivered to an unattended address.

    Direct Freight Express will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest Courier depot.

    You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

    AVR recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

    DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY TIME OF ORDERS:

    AVR will dispatch your order on the same day provided your payment has cleared and you have confirmed a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign and accept delivery during business hours. Our trucks pick up at 3:00pm, so if your payment is made before then and delivery address has been confirmed, your order will get processed in time to send, otherwise it will have to be sent out the following day.

    DIRECT FREIGHT EXPRESS will deliver your order between 1 -5 business days depending on your delivery location.

    Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday only.

    DELIVERY TO A P.O BOX:

    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box. or a Parcel locker.

  • We accept paypal and direct bank transfer only.

    We require payment within 5 days of purchase date unless you have contacted us and made arrangements.

    Unpaid item case will be opened on 6 days after purchase date.

  • All BRAND NEW speakers sold come with 5 years full manufacturer’s warranty, from purchase date. 3 years for subwoofers.

    All USED, SECONDS or MANUFACTURER REFURBISHED items come with a 3 month warranty, from date of purchase.

    Should any of the products you purchase from our store be faulty or damaged:

    Please make contact with us as soon as possible so we will work with you to resolve problem.

    We have Authorised service centres across the country that do work for us. We may direct you to your nearest service centre for them to evaluate your item. If we need the item to be returned or photographed, we will advise you when you contact us

  • Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback. Please contact us if there is any issues with your item and we will gladly sort out any problems.

    We do a large volume of sales and we will leave you feedback when we get a chance to do so.

    NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM:

    If your item has not arrived in the time frame outlined in our Shipping section (shipping time is calculated from the day following notification that your item has been shipped, only WEEKDAYS Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday excluded), please contact us.

    Please ensure you have the following information available and have also followed the following steps below:

    • Your full delivery address, and it is correct
    • The purchase date of the transaction
    • You have checked with neighbours or anyone else that may have accepted your delivery
