Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 3 point 'Wink Haus' locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 'Ultion' keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £95 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a 'U Value' of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

• The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and internally.
