Returns

Returns must be notified to us within 30 days since the product were delivered.After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item(s) may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared, but may delay during holidays and Weekends. Please check your delivery address and make sure they are correct before payment. PO BOX address is not recommended for high value items, and please leave us your phone number for delivery.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time. Please use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to eBay.
