Pierre Jost was an independent decorator who produced uniquely decorated art glass from about 1918 t0 1936 at Verrerie Dolhain, Belgium.  His factory purchased blanks from other glass makers inthe region which were then decorated by him or his workers.  This particular pair are art-deco in style and feature roses around the top. The vases were individually hand painted accounting for variances in the density of color.

Both vases are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  Both vases are signed on the bottom.
