Authentic Cartridge and cardboard box only. The box does have some old video store rental stickers on it, I didn't remove them figured it would add some story and nostalgia. Cartridge is in good condition and has been tested and plays great! There is no instruction manual or any other paperwork, just the box and game cartridge.
