This motherboard has been tested and is for parts/repair.  It seemed to work perfectly fine but would randomly freeze after a while.  I swapped out power supplies, and the problem persisted. I then swapped out the hard drive, and the problem persisted.   I'm pretty sure there is a fuse/connection on the motherboard that needs to be repaired. However, I am not certain.

Should be an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing.

The matching daughter board is included as well.  Please refer to the pictures for the exact condition of everything in this lot.
