This is a vintage OLD PAWN small but sweet sterling and coral shadow box ring in a size 4.75.  Most likely from the Fred Harvey era when  jewelry by Native American artists  was made by the Fred Harvey Company in the first half of the 20th century to sell to tourists coming to the Southwest on the railroads. The company sold the jewelry in their restaurants as souvenir items.   The face measures 7/8" high and 1/2" wide, the coral stone is 8mm by 4 mm and the overall condition is excellent showing minimal signs of wear.
