This is old Gorham Patent 1905 Silver Plate, 42 Pieces or an incomplete set.  The pieces include 3 large serving spoons,  4 regular knives, 5 butter knives, 7 teaspoons, 8 soup spoons, 8 small forks and 7 regular size forks.

Most of the pieces are in good condition although they all need polishing.  The butter knives are a bit rough and have the most use wear on them.  They may clean up fine but I don't know.
