I use the pharmaceutical BP grade (British Pharmacopoeia) which is the purest quality I have been able to source. USP grade is the American equivalent.
It is a green crystalline powder and I have combined it with freshly distilled water to create a 1% solution. One drop equals 0.5mg. (2 drops = 1mg)
