🎈Each mug has a 11oz / 325ml capacity and measure 95mm high, 80mm diameter (+/- 3mm due to slight manufacturing batch differences)

🎈Mugs are made from durable glazed ceramic with a smooth gloss finish. Each mug features an easy grip, ergonomic handle and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks.

🎈Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (please use top rack only) - we always advise handwashing in order to reduce any possible risk of machine damage.

🎈 Our hardboard square coasters are both practical and durable. They have rounded corners, a gloss finish and measure 90mm x 90mm x 31mm.

🎈Mugs are designed with the same image on both sides and are made to order at our studio in Cambridgeshire. The same font style and colour chosen for your mug will also be used for your coaster.

🎈Your order will be securely wrapped to minimise any possible damages and posted in eco-friendly packaging. Please note - this mug set is not supplied with a gift box.

Please select your chosen mug (and coaster) option and choose a font colour & style from the drop-down menus above, then enter the name or wording required into the personalisation box provided.

Please note - we do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, however, due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly (to maximise the print area available for text) – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.

🎁 Processing and Delivery Time 🎁

Unless otherwise stated, orders have a processing time of 1-2 working days and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed). If you need your order earlier than this, please select ‘Express Delivery’ at checkout.

All or items are made to the requirements specified at checkout. Please ensure you check all spellings as we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text is entered incorrectly.  We have a 3hr cancellation/amendment window, so if you do notice an error once you have placed your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.  

Due to the custom nature and personalisation of our items, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.  However, please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest opportunity to resolve any issues should they arise.
