- We will email a picture to show you the complete return info, you need print out it and glue on the outer parcel, and Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the parcel, as our returns team will be easily able to identify your parcel.

- Damage or missing components---Our products are all brand new and double checked before sending out.
