Almost perfect condition. Small tare on back cover and last page (stamp page) is loose. Stored only. All 48 beautifully illustrated stamps intact as 4 pages with 48 pages of book (like coloring book pages). Crisp pages, corners, slight yellowing at to of book that shows on top of pages (see pictures).
