Please note this is a Vtg Shorts that is size XL. However, in my opinion, it is probably more a size large. this short will fit a waist size 26 very loose to size 42 skin tight, just depending on how you like your fit, so please see all photos for details of size and how i measured the shorts. also, please look below at the different measurements. outside Length: 16 inches  (from outside of shorts waist down side of leg to end of leg seam)

*** measurements of waist are taken by laying tape flat on one front side, then doubling the measurement to account for back side**
