Here im selling a fully reconditioned Big valve head with new valves throughout-Double valve springs, AE Guides and seals all new. Fully Unleaded 12g940 cylinder head finished in A1 condition ready to bolt onto you 1275cc or larger A series or A+ engines
Please Note my photos are stock pictures of previous heads dispatched, This will be finished to the same standard.
-The head casting would be one i removed off a 1275cc a+ core engine in stock. It has then been fully stripped to a bare casting, chemically cleaned and blasted, checked for damage. They are all lightly skimmed to give an "as new" mating surface. Please ensure 100% your block face is flat and clean.
-All valve seats are inspected & re-cut for maximum seal, any bad seats will be replaced for obvious reasons
-x8 new valves installed, the inlets are the Larger 35.6mm as fitted to the higher power MG Metro or Cooper engines.
-x8 New double valve springs fitted, they are the 160LB springs as fitted to many fast road engines
-All valve Guides have been replaced with new AE guides. New valve stem seals have also been fitted.
-The head will have 4 new NGK or Bosch spark plugs fitted
-Extremely clean down inside the ports from the blasting, finished to a high quality with many new parts as you can see

-A Surcharge of £160 will be added to the final price unless you have your uncracked Unleaded A+ head that can be sent to me as exchange.

The head pictured is a stock picture, my items are finished to this standard, i can finish the head in an option of colours, please ask.
