This Victorian Napkin Ring seems pretty heavy to me and is most likely silver plated but I see NO Hallmarks for Metal Content but

as you can see in the pictures it is heavily tarnished!

Such a ODD Design for this Napkin Ring a Dog on the Front of the Napkin Ring, the breed maybe some kind of bull dog perhaps a Pit Bull??? Unsure but it is a proud looking dog! :)

Now what gets me is the ring itself the design of Oceanic Sea Life??? And this Dog on it?? So Strange and Weird! 

Notice the Mermaids tail and Viking looking wave or whatever it is, I am totally confused!

It does have a name or signature in script on outside of ring please refer to pictures.
