🌸 Please be aware that colours may vary from the pictures in advert the photos are edited for better viewing.
🌸Please note all orders are handmade to order so please order in plenty of time of when you may need them for.
🌸Please make sure all details that are needed for your order are left in the personalised box before ordering. I won’t chase people about orders I don’t have time so your order will only be made with what you have told me.
🌸It is your responsibility to make sure all words are spelt correctly when ordering, I will only print what is wrote on your order.
🌸 It takes me up to 7 working days to design and make your order, this is because there is only myself to design, make and package your orders so please bear with me.
🌸After your order is made I then dispatched your order by Royal Mail tracked 48 postage (standard free delivery) their process time is then 3-5 working days from collecting from myself.
🌸If you have purchased express delivery this does NOT change my dispatch time. I will dispatch in the same amount of working days but with tracked 24 Royal Mail their process time for this is 1-2 working days from collecting it from myself.
🌸Royal Mail collect from myself the next 1-2 working days. Once they have them there is nothing I can do for the delivery process it is all down to them. So shouting at me about deliveries won’t help your situation.
🌸We only accept cancellations requests within 1 hour of placing a order.
🌸 Returns can be requested if a product has been received and it is faulty or damaged.
🌸 We do NOT accept returns if you no longer want the item.
🌸 If a refund is requested then we have the rights to ask for the item to be returned to us. Cost of postage will depend on the situation.
