Hello, up for sale is a modified for cinematic use Yashica Yashinon 50mm 1.4

Optically - enhanced flare and lowered contrast on low apertures, light warm "amber" tint for the flares. The effect goes away after about F4, though with strong frontal light something is always there.

Mechanically - de-clicked aperture and added focus gear.

Focus turns about 200 degrees, filter size is 55mm.

The lens is in good condition over all, optics - 9, some dust and a few very minor scratches and cleaning marks, no effect on image.

Cosmetics - 8, see photos, everything normal for it's age, I would assume the lens is from the early 70-ies.

Mechanics - perfect. 10.

Please take a look at the video - changing the smooth aperture allows you to play with the flare.

Mount is M42. Will easy adapt to Canon EF and any mirrorless. Will not adapt to PL.

I can throw in an adapter for Canon EF, Micro 4/3 or Sony E for additional 15 bucks.
