Condition

  • Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
  • Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

  • Paint chips to ‘one’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.

    • Missing Parts

      one of the hinge caps are missing, however these can be purchased online.

    Security

    • 5 point locking system making it very secure.
    • Comes with 2 keys.

    Opening

    • Externally opening doors.
    • When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

    Sidelight / Window

    • There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 27.4cm in width.
    • The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 124.1cm.
    • If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 151.5cm.

    Glazing

    • Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
    • There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

    Colour

    • The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
    • Has matching White coloured furniture.
