There are no returns on third party graded comics since these have a lot of pictures and a reference number where a buyer can go to the Grader's site and get the grader notes which lists key defects. The pictures are considered a part of the condition and item descriptions.

Free insured shipping is included. It is important you contact us first before opening a case on ebay for items damaged by the Post Office. If damaged please remember it is your responsibility to keep all packing and shipping material, it will be integral when submitting a claim.
