From a no-pet, no-smoking home. There are no obvious stains, but due to the cloth's age (1970s) there is no warranty against them. There are no holes, tears, or damage. Washed in scent free detergent so thee is no smell. It is a vintage cloth, so it is being sold whereis- as is.
Can be machine washed in hot water and takes an iron on "cotton" setting.
