I purchased these boots back in 2015 and only wore them 2x. This was when Frye was still using the highest quality leather grain before their brand majority stake was sold to Authentic Brands Group. This was when the grade of leather for their Harness boots drastically changed and to make it worst, Frye is now selling a lower quality grain of leather for the Harness style for $498.
