Based in the sunny East Sussex village of Herstmonceux, in a place aptly called Flowers Green, at Perfect Plants we grow and source a wide variety of plants for the home and garden.

Our plants live within 10 giant, temperature controlled glasshouses where they are expertly looked after by our nursery team.

We believe that by delivering plants directly from our glasshouses at Perfect Plants straight to your home, ensures that you will actually receive a healthier plant than you would find in a shop or garden centre. Each plant is picked on site every day, quality checked and then packed up carefully in our fully postage-tested plant packaging.

So whether you are buying a plant for yourself or as a gift you can always feel confident that what you will receive will be a strong and healthy plant

We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.

All our plants are either sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service or by overnight courier.  Please keep an eye out for your plant or any calling cards as they will be returned to the depot / sorting office if you are not in.  We will not courier plants on a Friday, as they just sit at the hub all weekend. 

When you get your plant please ensure that you take it out of its packaging straight away and give it a drink if necessary.  We do put advice sheets in with our plants to help you when they first arrive, so if you are a novice - don't worry, we are always to hand to help you if needed.

We will accept returns, but to be honest plants do not like going to and fro in boxes.  Please think carefully if you wish to return something as if it is damaged on its way back to us we can't refund you.  We have experienced packers packing our plants in specialised boxes which ensure that we rarely get any breakages.   Due to their perishable nature, we can only accept returns for plants and other perishable goods in the first 14 days after the date of delivery

If your plant has lost some leaves, flowers or a bit has broken off, please do not worry as generally plants are pretty resilient and will recover from this.  If your plant has been badly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim for damages must be accompanied with photographic evidence.
