This is a very nice /clean TruTest Supreme hammer....16 oz head...total weight about 20 ounces. See all pics. Hammer shows minor normal signs of handling ---- but the striking face is VERY clean.

Tru-Test was made for the True Value Hardware chain, and likely made by PROTO tools, in the 60s or 70s. Great quality usa hammer. This example is in very good shape with no damage and looks to have been treated right all its life. I put a new handle on this hammer almost 30 years ago and dated the bottom!! It has stood the test of time! Great handle and you have some personal provenance!
