This item is a rare and extremely limited item that was given to the Tampa Bay Lightning Fans on February 10, 2018 at the Number Retirement of Vincent Lecavalier. A great chance to own a piece of Tampa Bay Lightning memorabilia from the historic night. These were limited to the number of fans attending - around 19,400.
