Packaging: In order to ensure that you receive the items in the same condition that they are shipped from the warehouse, we take great care when packing each order.  All items are in wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, placed inside of a sturdy shipping box or mailer and then the remaining space is filled with packing to ensure no damage or movement during the shipping.

Shipping: Canada Post.

Our Items are sent with tracking and insurance so that you can monitor your item every step of the way through Canada Post's Tracking. 

For your security, any order over $250USD must be sent with Signature Confirmation.  We do offer combined shipping to customers from the US and Canada Price varies depending on the number of items combined.  Each package comes with Insurance, and Tracking information.

If you are Outside US or Canada, please contact us via eBay to determine a shipping cost.

Payment: We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is expected as soon as the invoices have been received. If payment hasn't been received after two weeks an Unpaid Item Case will be opened with eBay.  We do, however, reserve the right to open an Unpaid Item Case sooner than two weeks.
