I always ship out the day of or the day after cleared payment (excluding Sundays and holidays). Should there be an instance where it takes longer I will always contact you to let you know. All packages are mailed with tracking information. I ship internationally through the Global Shipping program only and each listing specifies which countries are included in the program.
