Description

 Condition.

The neck is straight and in good condition. The string height has been adjusted by saddle adjustment, and the string height is about 2.2mm above the 12th fret of the 6th string and about 1.6mm above the 12th fret of the 1st string, which is very easy to play, but there are some parts where the strings are a little chattering when picking hard. The battery box is not mounted on the body end block from the beginning, which is rare for cutaway specs, but is attached to the inside of the body because Fishman PowerTap Infinity is installed afterwards. It can be said that this specification has many merits for those who are thinking of installing various PUs on cutaway spec Martin. This is an OM size cutaway cutaway made in the USA, which is rarely seen as a new item. Please take a look at it and enjoy this opportunity.

CTM OMC-28 AdirondackSpruceTop

OMC-28E is a rare and popular model that is now out of production in the Eleaco series. The OMC size has the same string length as the Martin's classic dreadnought size, and the body size has a cutaway on the side of the body to improve playability in the high position. Although it is a very recent body size in the long history of the Martin company, it is a body size that can be used in many genres with excellent stability in all ranges from bass to treble. This particular model uses adirondack spruce for the top and Indian rosewood for the sides and back, and the top bracing is made of adirondack spruce. The top bracing is made of Adirondack spruce with Golden Era style bracing, which creates a dynamic, clear, and delicate sound as if a layer of membrane has been removed. The sound character of the top wood and structure is reflected in the character of the resonance in particular, which is even louder than the standard model, and the resonance that comes out as a large mass of sound at the beginning of the resonance, and the overtone component that seems to come out later in the reverberation is heard, creating a thick and attractive sound. The sound is thick and attractive. The nut width is 44.5mm, which has become the Martin standard in recent years, and the neck shape is ModifiedLowOval (a very slightly V-shaped wide neck), which is suited for fingerstyle playing and allows for good sound separation and easy fingering with a classical grip. The neck shape is suitable for fingerstyle playing. Other details include a large head logo with a subdued GoldenEra style logo, and the bridge pins are aligned right next to the bridge (current models are aligned parallel to the saddle), which is a bridge style from the 1930s. The short saddle is used instead of the long saddle. The vintage and current styles are well balanced. The cutaway body shape is designed to be used as an electric acoustic, so the string height is currently set low, but if you wish, we can make a saddle for an additional fee.

FishmanPowerTapInfinity

The FishmanPowerTapInfinity is a dual-pickup structure with a piezo pickup and an Enhance microphone that faithfully picks up the resonance of the top of the body. The two controls located at the top of the soundhole when the guitar is held up are the Vol and Tone dials, respectively, and the bottom dial is the Enhance Blend dial, which adds the resonance of the body top. PowerTapInfinity can sound great even with piezo only, but we recommend you to set the volume and sound quality mainly with the two Vol/Tone dials on the top, and then add live sound with the Blend dial. The Enhance microphone, which can be added with the Blend dial, is sensitive enough to increase the risk of feedback, so it is recommended to use a slightly blended setting of 0 to 1.2 for band ensembles with electric instruments or drums, and a slightly blended setting for small groups or storytelling. The PU is best used with a full blend for small ensembles or for storytelling.
