This is a very beautiful basket made in Africa. It is a "fair trade" basket where the artisans have been paid a living wage. This one measures 12 inches across and is done in this beautiful dyed fibers in a red and alternating black color band. It is a dramatic look and it is in excellent condition with no signs of use.
