The dress base material is a sky blue polyester chiffon. The dress is fully lined in stretchy polyester. It is covered with sky blue sequins to around knee length. The chiffon godet panels are not sequined and give a nice pointed V/A shape contrast.

The sleeveless dress is a full length, fit and flare/fishtail style with a rear zip. It has a "V" neckline front and back. It fastens with a rear zip. It has chiffon godet panels in the skirt.
