Loeffler Randall Fenton rain booties, black with gold buckles. Rubber with a 1/2 inch heel. Zipper heel closures to help slip on with ease. Excellent condition with almost no wear- white speckles (paint??) on the right boot as pictured. Have not tried to remove. Size women’s 11.
