This is for an original 45 released on the 20th
Fox label by Tommy Uhr titled Cold Hearted Woman with Cell Walls as the B side.
Released in 1959, the A side has a great walking bass line and a “hip” sound
that you can snap your fingers to as it plays. The song even has a whistle outro
which lends some extra cool to an already cool sound. This is one incredibly
tough record to find and something I could picture Johnny Rivers covering in
the late 1960’s. A great tune in great shape and a must have for any hip record
collector.
