Lets just say that this frame works better in many cases than the CHP 11-99 Foundation frames. The 11-99 Foundation frames might be respected by the CHP...... but city police and county sheriffs could care less. 

This frame is UNIVERSALLY RESPECTED by ALL law enforcement agencies in California and Nevada because they know that this event and frame is for LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY........ as the Challenge Cup Relay is an event between different law enforcement agencies.

This item is a vintage metal license plate frame as shown.. This frame is SUPER RARE!! This design was DISCONTINUED many years ago. Condition is excellent with nice paint and nice chrome. Thanks for looking and have a nice day.
